Exchange Policy

We are pleased to offer an exchange service under the conditions outlined below. Please note that returns and refunds are not available, except in cases required by the applicable laws of the State of Qatar, where returns and refunds are accepted if the item is defective or does not match the order.

For your convenience, you may try on the item upon delivery, as the delivery representative can wait a few minutes to allow you to check the fit and selection.

If you wish to exchange the item at the time of delivery, you may hand it directly to the delivery representative, and no additional delivery fee will be charged for the exchange.

However, if an exchange request is made after the delivery representative has left, the applicable delivery fee for the exchange process will be charged.
Exchange Conditions

Items are eligible for exchange provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• All JIA MODA tags and labels remain attached.
• The item is free from perfume, makeup, stains, alterations, or any signs of use.
• The original packaging is maintained.

JIA MODA reserves the right to refuse the exchange of any item that does not meet the above conditions.
Try It On Upon Delivery

Because we understand that the perfect fit makes all the difference, we allow you a few minutes to try on your item when it arrives.

If the size or selection is not suitable, simply inform the delivery representative immediately to benefit from our exchange service without any additional delivery charges.
